how to enable hiberante in windows
Windows is not a great operating system and the startup time is very poor. It is no way near a mac. But to the disgust of the windows users, here is a guide to save time on startup.
Use the hibernate option compared to the shutdown or stand by.
This does not consume power and also provides a good startup time, compared to the shutdown option.
To hibernate a system, you can use start-> shutdown ->
Press shift now to see if the first option changes to hhibernate. If you are sure that hibernate is enabled, you may try start button + u + h (u for shutdown and h for hibernate).
If hibernate is not enabled, you can enable the same in contol panel -> power options.
Then click on hibernate tab. Check the enable hibernation option , Click OK.
You may now use the start button + u+ h to hibernate the system immediately.
