canonical adds parallels to ubuntu

I love ubuntu because it is open sourced. Even if it is just a bug feature in ubuntu that i can do with the time available, open source stands apart from every thing else. Now there is a small twist in the tale. Canonical has just added parallels software to ubuntu, the code for which will remain closed sourced.
The linux binaries will not allow closed sourced packages in to the environment but there are a few ways to work around and slip it in. This will not cause any stir to ubuntu and will still be open sourced and also will just add to the features of ubuntu.
