no more youtube in pakistan

For a few people trying to shoot and upload videos that contain objectionable content, the government has ordered the ISPs to block the website - youtube. This can mean something to viewers. This ban was imposed because the viewers could not distinguish between the wrong ones and ban them alone.
In my view, the wrong doers can easily access the website, with proxies and other tech stuff. In the end it is the normal people who get affected. Why youtube? There are a lot of other websites, where videos can be uploaded and viewed. The ban lacks a lot of sense.
