Had you been a vista user, you could have had the annoyance of downloading updates and service packs. One such service pack was released earlier this month and it is not a surprising issue to see users complain that the system went down on death and life often. You know that the windows vista was primarily a copied version of some thing resembling a mac, but they will never get the source code, hehehe. Its quite natural to see that there are bugs and bugs around.

Now the fact has been half accepted by Microsoft and they have taken back a file in the service pack, which was causing the problem.

Why struggle with windows? Go for linux!!

When it comes to updates, Microsoft is good in one point of view, the updates come for free, unlike a mac. But these updates are primarily error rectifications and bug fixes unlike apple updates, which come with a enhancement feature. Therefore windows updates and service packs shall remain free, else whom do you think is going to buy it?

Windows vista blog (no link love for windows) officially announced that the service pack for windows vista will be released later this year. As always the service pack can be downloaded for free if you have a genuine copy of windows vista.
